 Student Pick-up

To ensure the safety of our students and to respect the time families spend picking up students, we ask that all students be picked up in the lower lot off of Sequoia. If you arrive to school before your child is in the parking lot waiting to be picked up, you are welcome to park in a marked parking spot. Parking is not permitted in the red curbed traffic circle (roundabout) behind the PAC.Once you know your child is waiting for you in the parking lot, you may pick him or her up in the traffic circle. We strongly encourage parents to wait 10-15 minutes after dismissal before entering the parking lot. This will allow you to get in and out of the parking lot much faster.

Also, in an effort to be a good neighbor to those families that live around our school, we respectfully remind students and parents to be mindful of pedestrians and of blocking people's driveways during pickup from school. Thank you for your support.

 Schedule Changes All schedule change requests, including requests for level changes must be submitted to your counselor by Wednesday, August 31. However, we highly encourage requests to be made as soon as possible to reduce the amount of instruction missed and make-up work that may be required.
Happy Birthday, Santa Su! This year, Santa Susana High School celebrates twenty years of excellence! To help plan the year's festivities, we convened a 20th Anniversary Committee. If you would still like to participate, visit our webpage and click on the "Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence" link. There, you can sign up to be part of our committee. The next meeting will be on Thursday, September 1 @ 5:30pm in the MPR.
Item Drop-Off for Students  In order to preserve the integrity of our instructional time, we cannot deliver to classrooms items brought for students, including lunches, flowers, balloons, or other personal items. Because we never want our students to go without lunch, we will have a table in the main office for you to drop off a lunch for your child. It will be your child's responsibility to check in the main office to see if the lunch was delivered. Thank you for helping balance the needs of our students and maintaining the integrity of the learning environment.
